In this episode, I chat with Sabrina, co-founder of Spirit Redefined. The goal of Spirit Redefined is to bring a positive light and awareness to mental health through street wear. Proceeds from all purchases go towards making mental health services more accessible. As a marketing professional, fitness coach and the co-founder of Spirit Redefined, Sabrina explains how she prioritizes her own mental health and a few daily non-negotiables she has that ensures she makes time for herself.
Sabrina describes her relationship with her sisters, as they are the other co-founders to the company. We talk about our differences in opinion on working with family, but how they ultimately make it work. In our lightning round, Sabrina shares more about the significance behind the Spirit Redefined animal representations, which animal she identifies with the most and how it can change day to day.

On this episode, I chat with Gaelen, the founder of Titan Athletics. He takes me through his journey as a high level, collegiate athlete and how this experience as well as his overall passion for sports, inspired him to start his own fitness and athletics company. Titan offers a variety of services all starting with helping local group fitness and personal trainers gain exposure and work collaboratively to enhance their skills. There are a variety of fitness classes, yoga sessions and sport specific training offered all currently via Zoom.
We delve deep into how living the life as an athlete helped equip Gaelen with the necessary tools it takes to build his own business. He shares his vision for the company and through our lightning round, how making money shouldn't be the ONE reason you start your own business.
